Roles & Responsibilities The Role You will be part of the team to enhance shoppers' experiences through good customer service at VivoCity. Job Responsibilities Providing mall concierge services Attending to shoppers’ queries Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior. Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department; and manage the sales of vouchers. You will attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe; and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers Job Requirements Minimum NITEC or GCE ‘N’ Levels. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare, retail or hospitality industry Required to work on a rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays (latest shift will end at 11pm only) Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
