You will be part of the Marketing Benelux & Germany team and will help us to strengthen the position of Manutan in Germany by creating and implementing marketing campaigns. You will be involved in new marketing initiatives. As campaign Marketeer, you will design and manage campaigns by planning, executing, tracking, analysing and optimizing our campaigns. You will work close with the German sales team and the Sales Ops team in Anderlecht. FULL-TIME · What will you be doing? Design and manage campaigns In close collaboration with your colleagues from Marketing and Sales you will design and execute campaigns. You will align planning with your sales colleagues and then plan and coordinate the campaigns internally while keeping an overview on the entire campaign and focussing on the business goals. You will create marketing collaterals for different channels and distribute those by including every customer touchpoint (including social media). You will collect and analyse the results of the marketing campaigns and share those internally. You will identify opportunities for improvement and make proposals to optimize our strategy. Collaborate and communicate You will cooperate closely with your colleagues from marketing in Belgium and the Netherlands (trade, digital and content) and sales in Germany and create synergies where possible. You understand that your campaigns coexist alongside other marketing activities. You manage relationships with key internal customers and act as their business partner. Keep an eye on budgets and schedules In close collaboration with your manager, you will monitor budgets and make a maximum use of those with the best return on investment possible. You keep track of the costs and to-do’s. What are we looking for? You have a bachelor- or master degree in marketing or communication. You have at least 3 year experience in managing marketing campaigns. Experience with account based marketing is a plus. You are versatile and willing to participate in a wide range of marketing topics (content marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing). As this is a new position for a recently launched market, we are looking for a person with a flexible and hands-on mind-set. You are able to deal with different stakeholders within a matrix organisation. As you will be working for the German market, you speak and write German fluently. You facilitate the understanding of the customer experience and are able to influence decisions that enhance customer experience.
