Full Time - 37 Hours per week - £18,795 – £19,171 per annum Part Time - 22.2 Hours per week - £11,277 - £11,502 per annum Are you sick of outbound sales but love working in a fast paced office environment? Do you have the skills to solve customer’s problems during inbound calls? Do you want to make a difference in your local community? Then this job could be for you. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy & dynamic Customer Support Team engaging with customers via a number of communication channels. They will be required to assist frontline Waste, Environment and Pest Control Teams with service delivery by ensuring that customer requests are captured accurately, communicated effectively and administrative support provided appropriately. The candidate will need to be sensitive to customer demands and reactive to the changing requirements of the service, whilst helping frontline teams to reduce failure demand and waste, as well as working to adapt or remove unhelpful administrative processes. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with high volumes of calls will also be required to produce reliable and accurate performance information to inform effective service delivery.
