This includes recreation parks, sporting reserves, natural areas and neighbourhood parks. About the role Supervise, manage and coordinate staff and contractors to work on various projects and manage maintenance programs throughout Manningham. Undertake works such as sportsground curating services and open space maintenance. View the position description. Duties Supervise sportsground and parks maintenance staff Manage staff and contractors in the field Develop sportsgrounds and parks maintenance programs Split workload of field and office Skills & experience Qualified and experienced horticulturist (turf management an advantage) Previous experience in supervising staff and managing contractors Ability to create maintenance programs Good oral and written communication skills Culture Staff at Manningham enjoy the unique blend of city and country.
