Maltem Australia is looking for a UI Developer who will be part of an exciting journey working on some new products and services for our customers. All of them are embracing DevOps approaches. They have as well all dynamic teams and a good variety of modern technologies built on cloud-based infrastructures. Core requirements 5+ years demonstrated commercial experience building websites Competent with HTML, CSS (sass) and JS manipulation of the DOM Experience in AngularJS & Angular2+ Experience building technical feasible designs Appetite for a great customer experience and delivering value to the customer Follow best practices and process in UI development hands on experience with TDD, specifically Jasmine framework ability to design and implement unit test cases, integration test cases and performance test cases for APIs and UI components Keen eye for visual patterns and UI component modularity Understanding of browser developer tools Experience with performance, optimisation and validation of HTML CSS and JS Good communication skills Shows initiative and ability to think outside the box Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management About You: Experience with some best engineering practices such as XP Experience in a consulting or start-up ecosystem Experience in coaching / mentoring other engineers Practical experience with functional programming concepts will be advantageous Active member of meet-ups / conferences Java experience / exposure Advantageous: Ability to speak French to report to management will be appreciated. Eye for design and typography Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year Experience: web development: 5 years (Preferred) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required) Benefits: None
