Requirements: experience in managing independently end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles; good knowledge of English; strong sourcing skills (direct search, social media and innovative sourcing strategies) experience in negotiating offers; knowledge of IT market; strong communication skills; creativity, ability to work under time pressure, good team player.
