Overall objective To sell MPI products and services to prospective customers to prospective customers Primary duties and responsibilities Handle in close coordination with Sales Manager the sale of MPI products to assigned accounts Meet revenue targets based on personal quota as required with Sales Incentive program after a maximum of 6 months training period Regularly visit assigned accounts and build excellent personal relationships with key decision makers Increase market share by proactively uncovering, pursuing, growing and closing new business Submit call reports, weekly activities reports and monthly sales activity forecasts for assigned accounts to Sales Manager Attend weekly sales meetings and any company internal product training seminars Propose and participate in exhibitions and product training seminars for customers Qualifications: Graduate of Civil Engineering or similar professional/technical degree course. Board certified Civil Engineers will be considered for more senior positions.
