Are you an insurance adjuster that wants to try working for Plaintiffs? MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a Plaintiff litigation boutique firm. Our work is exclusive to injury, disability and insurance claims. We have offices in Halifax, St. John’s, Moncton, and New Glasgow. We are currently seeking a Case Manager to join our team of 15 lawyers, 4 articled clerks, and 35 support staff. We are looking to hire someone to join our car accident pre-litigation team. Duties include: requesting and reviewing medical charts and files and communicating with and advocating for car accident injury victims against insurance claims staff. The Case Manager would deal directly with the insurer and client. The Case Manager meets daily with team members to strategize on individual cases. All work is completed on a cloud-based software platform. Where our offices are fully integrated digitally this person could work in New Glasgow or Halifax. Preference is given to those willing to work in New Glasgow, with the team leader. A university degree or college diploma is required. A background in insurance or law is an asset. Skills required include: strong writing, people skills, professional demeanour. The starting salary range is $45,000 to $65,000 plus benefits and performance bonuses.
