We are looking for in store VMD Lead (Garments) to join our team at our store in Robson, BC. Mujirushi Ryohin, MUJI in Japanese, translates as “no-brand quality goods. We are looking for candidates who identify with MUJI's philosophy and want to be part of our growth, and strive for better customer service Who are we looking for: · 1+ years experience in a retail setting – preferably, but not necessarily fashion focused · Strong communication and problem-solving skills. · A brand ambassador who can maintain positive relationships with customers, fellow team members, and store management. · Strong customer service skills · Excellent communication skills · Experience in Visual Merchandising · Knowledge of the MUJI products · Flexibility in schedule when needed (weekends, holidays, etc.) How will you contribute: · Customer Education & Service · Making our store look its best · Cashier/Register · Making great sales through attentive and friendly customer service · Receive shipments & ensure stock is where is should be To apply please submit your resume and along with a cover letter listing MUJI Robson as your target store.
