Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor, taking a consultative approach in providing the full cycle of recruitment activities to MTS valued corporate clients, for effective placement & on-boarding for various positions at all levels. Build & explore diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus in direct sourcing. Source for talents by adopting a proactive search methodology in using various recruitment channels and social media platform to build a strong candidate database pipelines. Actively promote Internal Referral Programme. Ensure compliance and policy regulations are met in accordance to MTS and client procedures to achieve SLA target and ensure service deliverables achieve within stipulated time and budget. Provide geographical market intelligence and recommendations of industry knowledge to internal stakeholders and clients for cross border recruitment activities. Keep abreast and research competitive market compensation benefits and hiring trends across geographical regions of APAC regions. Liaise with vendors or any other HR relating issue and provide solutions. Provide a leading edge candidate & client experience. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience Regional recruitment experience will be a plus Experience in IT industry recruitment will be an advantage Job Type: Full-time Experience: Recruitment & Selection: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Kuala Lumpur (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Learning and professional development opportunities
