About The Project This project-based role will contribute to an on-premise to cloud (AWS) migration of several applications; a COTS product suite (OpenText CCM), several in-house C#/.NET applications, and multiple MSSQL databases. All of these components form an end-to-end system for enterprise correspondence delivery through multiple channels including paper and digital. About The Role The OpenText Template Builder sources and analyses business and system requirements to design and build templates for the OpenText CCM suite using OpenText Design Manager, including variable and passthrough data mapping based on upstream source systems. Key Duties Source and analyse business and system requirements to design and build templates for the OpenText CCM suite using OpenText Design Manager, including variable and passthrough data mapping based on upstream source systems Migrate existing templates from older to newer versions of OpenText Unit test OpenText templates Troubleshoot and resolve all identified/reported bugs with OpenText templates Analysing existing OpenText Command Center jobs and schedules to replicate and configure them in OpenText Communication Server Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, actively engage in knowledge transfer, share information, consult and train others to achieve the work area and team objectives Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal job seeker will have experience in: OpenText (Exstream/Design Manager) v9.5 & v16+ experience, including VBScript for complex template rules/creation Experience with OpenText tools: Command Centre, Communication Server, Delivery Engine, Content Author, Empower, Content Asset Service Experience migrating templates across OpenText versions Experience reading and writing XML, including schemas Experience in the following is also desirable: Git version control Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps experience ** Candidates must be Australian Citizens, to be considered for this role** If this sounds like the role for you, please APPLY NOW!
