The MTF Biologics (MTF), the nation’s largest tissue bank, changes lives by connecting donors with surgeons and transplant recipients. Since our inception in 1987, MTF has recovered more than 60,000 donors and has distributed more than 3 million grafts for transplantation. The Facilities Intern will assist with and gain perspective of the implementation of facilities maintenance, including exposure to infrastructure, building, and property maintenance and repair concepts. The Program runs from 6/1/20 - 8/7/20. -Physically verify model # / serial # of Facilities equipment on rooftops & in basements etc. -Document the area(s) / equipment served by each -Verify accuracy of information in BRAM CMMS system -Create electronic version of & organization system for the many prints / CAD drawings in the Facilities office -Good organizational skills Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college program -Must be able to climb ladders for rooftop access -Familiar with MS Office suite of programs Job Type: Internship Education: Associate (Required) Work Location: One location Benefits: None Internship Compensation: Pay Schedule: Monday to Friday
