MTC are currently looking for a HR Business Partner on a 3 Months Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for developing forward-thinking HR strategies to help deliver our people plan. Based in Waterloo and with regular travel across our London estate; our HR Business Partners work closely with our senior management teams to help develop, deliver and embed our corporate HR initiatives at a local level. A strong influencer and great communicator, you will be a visible HR leader supporting our managers through major organisational change (restructures, TUPE, change-management, mobilisations etc.) within your designated business area. To succeed in this role you’ll need substantial experience of operating in a complex, challenging environment, with the commercial acumen to understand the context of our business objectives and how HR can best contribute to our success. Solid up to date knowledge of employment law and the full spectrum of possible HR interventions is essential, as is a background in acting as a change agent to drive significant organisational change.
