Project Delivery Management 1.Responsible for the overall management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects undertaken, to achieve company’s & project’s strategy & goals. 2.Provide direction and support to project team to achieve a high quality of project deliverables. 3.Review / assist in preparation of project initiation documentation e.g. Project Initiation Form, & Business Case for project justification & budget approval. 4.Facilitate the definition of project scope through requirement gathering workshops, facilitate review of functional specifications and obtain stakeholders’ sign-off. 5.Develop project plan, schedule project timelines & manage project activities to meet agreed timelines. 6.Manage project team members & vendor’s activities. 7.Manage stakeholders’ expectations to achieve customer satisfaction. 8.Manage conflict to achieve a win-win solution for all parties. 9.Manage project budget, conduct negotiation with vendor on procurement costs to achieve best pricing and product deliverables, & facilitate further negotiations by ITVM if required. 10.Prepare purchase requisitions. 11.Track project deliverables, ensure project status is updated and documents are uploaded to Project management system / shared drive. 12.Identify project risks & project issues, develop mitigation plans and track the mitigation action. 13.Ensure quality of project deliverables through close monitoring of vendor & project team activities. 14.Oversee product testing activities, i.e. System Integration Tests, User Acceptance Test, Operations Readiness / Acceptance Tests, etc.& obtain stakeholders’ signoff. 15.Prepare and submit status reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders. 16.Prepare weekly status report & present weekly status updates to working committee. 17.Present monthly progress updates to Steering Committee. 18.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. 19.Conduct project closure activities, evaluation and assessment of results.
