We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our Brighton based team. * If you are a quick learner with an interest in photography and/or videography who is keen to work in an exciting, fast paced and friendly office environment then we would love to hear from you. * * With an ever expanding team of 100+ people in Brighton, offices in New York City, and our exciting European launch, mpb.com is an energetic company of like-minded people where every employee has the opportunity to make an impact and grow. * * The Customer Experience Executives at MPB are responsible for: * * Working across our buying, selling and customer service functions within the team, you will coordinate European transactions and European stock to ensure customers are promptly communicated with via phones or email and that customer satisfaction is always ensured. * * Maintaining and building excellent working relationships with our European customers through email, live chat and on the phone. Delivering outstanding service in every interaction and leaving a lasting positive impression on all customers. Managing a busy workflow with professional and ambitious standards of quality. Being a central point of contact for our clients enabling professional and friendly care via phone, email, and live-chat. * * Essential Skills: * * Highly organised Great Attention to detail, meticulous approach Friendly and confident especially via phone and email * * You will possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with an accurate manner. * * An interest in photography and/or videography is also a helpful start in the Customer Experience team, but we do welcome those with less knowledge of our marketplace product who are willing to jump in the deep end and learn. * Job Type: Full-time Salary: £16,500.00 /year Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Photography: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
