We're looking to add to and compliment our current team of superstars at Modo, Concert Square. What we're looking for: - Great customer service focus, efficiency, high standard of drinks service, awesome personality, team players, results driven, quality banter and a bit of charm! - A million dollar smile and the ability and willingness to talk to and charm the socks off anyone, a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, be able to memorise menu info and advise customers on products. - Attention to detail and delivery of high standards both front and back of house. Drive and ability to work under your own steam. Great group and individual incentives for team members are available (the opportunity to add £5 or £10 to your hourly pay) to reward great performance. You'll put some hard graft in, lean on and support your brothers and sisters, pick each other up, have some great laughs and [more than] a few beers with your squad!
