The Social Media Officer reports to Social Media Strategist Job Duty/Task; Manage social media marketing campaigns. Set up company pages within each social media platform. Generates, edits, publishes and shares daily content (images, video, text, etc.) to promote our company brand. Update content on social media regularly. Engage in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner. Provide marketing support for the company (Marketing Dept.) and our customers. PERSYARATAN :: Job Specification; Major in Communications, Marketing, Business, MultiMedia or Public Relations preferred Creative thinker with a passion for social media Proficiency in the use of microsoft office, Adobe, InDesign and etc. Must have proven ability in web copy and managing large scale, social media accounts Delivers fanatical customer service. A high level of writing skills in the English language
