We are recruiting for a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor for a progressive Catering Company. This is a mobile role working between a number of sites which makes the job interesting and exciting as no 2 days are the same. More importantly the role is Monday to Friday with weekends off. Responsibilities and Duties Include Coordinating operations daily Ensuring we surpass customers’ expectations Coordinating employee scheduling Monitoring compliance with regulations Monitors HACCP standards and cleaning standards Supervising and developing team members Liaise with our reservations department on a daily basis Key Competencies Interested in motivating teams & developing individual staff Displays leadership abilities Task-driven, with a focus on meeting core objectives Customer focused approach to management Ability to manage site operations independently Ability to manage multiple situations/tasks simultaneously Deep knowledge of customer service Knowledge of Microsoft Office Problem-solver Concise & clear communicator Ability to learn and adapt to our company’s standards and procedures Experience & Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: €28,000.00 to €30,000.00 /year Experience: Food & Beverage Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred) Hospitality management: 3 years (Preferred) Education: Advanced/Higher Certificate (Preferred) Licence: Full Driving Licence (Preferred)
