YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IT Infrastructure design and maintenance Cloud data center management (AWS experience is welcome) Administration of Office 365 IT Vendor management User Support and Optimization of running processes YOUR PROFILE Apprenticeship or bachelor degree in Informatics/IT or comparable education Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system administration (Cloud infrastructure management) Ability to apply ITIL practises into operation Ability to build relationships across operational units and departments Contributing in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment Motivated to continuously improve team productivity YOU BRING Very good communication skills (German, English) are required Experience working in a diverse team to continuously improve the way we work together Strong service orientation, focused on ensuring IT service level delivery Team player with hands-on attitude and self-organized IT Project Management experience is a plus We offer an exciting and international working environment combined with a performance-based compensation and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
