Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead development of operating plan related to brand and marketing initiatives Lead implementation of strategic global brand and marketing initiatives: Promoting and marketing brand.com to generate revenue and grow direct bookings Social Media Engagement – Establish brand awareness and key messaging on winning social platforms and through key influencers, working the digital team Loyalty Marketing, co-owner of member acquisition and CRM initiatives with loyalty Director also based in Singapore Supports hotels and internal customers on brand vision and alignment of brand standards to ensure consistency of brand and product Leverages PR opportunities with relevant media to enhance brand and communication opportunities Develop advertising and promotion plans to drive brand awareness to target audience and support local tactical activities, such as new opening, renovations, hotel events Develop further alliances with key partners to drive brand awareness and revenue to MHR hotels for domestic and international travel To develop and manage a communication strategy for Singapore, with relevant content to engage the appropriate target audiences in order to grow brand awareness, share of mind and generate revenue for the hotels To develop and maintain close working relationships with key media partners (online and offline) in order to maximize media coverage and exposure for the Group To build a team with a culture of accountability to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
