Front Desk Executive Job Description: The front desk executive is the first contact point for clients and visitors to our center. At all times the front desk executive should command a professional, friendly and polite manner. As part of the team, the front desk executive’s role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the salon, to adhere to protocols at all times in line with the company strategy, goals and values; and be knowledgeable about the services we provide. Responsibilities: Provide courtesy calls and send out appointments & reminders to clients Booking of appointments. Assist with the compiling of reports and records Constantly monitor the appointment book to maximise available appointment time Taking & receipting of all payment collection Maintain and accurately file records and update information of clients Tally stocks at least once weekly and do stock ordering on allocated days Complete any ad hoc duties requested by the manager. Requirements Good interpersonal and communication skills Possess good listening skill Able to work weekends Ability to use IT and operate a computer based system Flexible hours (part timers) Willing to work on weekends Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM4,000.00 /month Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM4,000.00 /month Experience: call center: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred) Education: STM/STPM (Preferred) Language: Bahasa (Preferred) Mandarin (Preferred)
