Roles & Responsibilities This position is to assist Executive Director – Global Mfg to conduct research, explore, identify, coordinate and implement Industrial 4.0 strategy across Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO). This purpose of this role is to explore and utilise technology & smart manufacturing tools related to Industrial 4.0. Also, conduct research, identify, review and implement such initiatives and setting right & consistent KPIs across GMO. Ultimately, enable GMO sites capturing real-time performance data, the tracking and conduct trend analysis to assist Senior Management to prioritise and making the right decision in investment (Technology & innovation process). Eventually, drive continuous improvement, product quality, efficiency, productivity and profitability. Responsibilities Explore and identify new approach & technology related to I4.0, enable transformation in manufacturing operations and optimize resources. Coordinate and working with in-country Mfg Heads to implement I4.0 project/initiative. Develop & Standardise KPIs dashboard and eventually track real time production performance, analyse the trends and convert the data into a meaning execution that add value to the overall business. Benchmarking internal performance within GMO sites and setting YOY improvement target Benchmarking external performance with best-in-class Manufacturer and identify opportunity to learn/share. Explore opportunity to implement digitalization and digitise initiatives within GMO Develop case study from internal I4.0 implemented, and sharing this study within Meiyume and potentially, Fung Group and other related industries. Attend and act as speaker on behalf of Company, to share case studies, best practices and promote Company culture & values during the sharing to local/international Institute, Tertiary Education, Industrial Practitioner, Associations etc. Requirements Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering or Art. Major in Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Digital, Technology, Philosophy or Human Capital. Preferably 2 years of working experience, can be in any industry. Ability to manage projects and work well with cross-functional teams; provide directional and guidance to the project team members. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, ability to understand and identify the root cause of issue with solutions
