Customer Support: Build relationships with customers, understand their business needs & laboratory processes in order to position the company laboratory service products to meet their needs. Seek opportunities to expand relationships and grow service revenue by building a stronger presence in key regional accounts, expanding service contract base & providing best-in-class service and support. Develop & deploy resources appropriately to meet customer needs. Work with SM, SSD Manager, and CSEs to expand penetration of key laboratory services products. Meeting Service level agreement targets, Vendor management, Proposal making for the New MVS Enquiries. Resource Planning & Deployment: Effectively deploys assigned team to meet customer demand in region. Develop & maintain ongoing communication & a strong working relationship with peers to understand & manage resource availability/limitations. Ensure adequate planning & coordination of coverage to meet customer needs. Team Development: Ensure that all team members are fully developed in skills and abilities to serve customers. Work with the team to develop business skills towards increasing account penetration & overall profitability of our service and support. Drive talent development, overall business performance & succession planning.
