The Tech for Social Impact Team The Tech for Social Impact Team plays a unique role by serving our nonprofit and education customers through the Pro Bono, Impact Labs, and Tech Grant Programs. In addition to providing external value, the Tech for Social Impact Team empowers our internal employees to use their skills and our products to engage with nonprofit and education organizations of all sizes across the globe. Tech For Social Impact Reporting to the Senior Director, Tech for Social Impact, the Contractor, Tech for Social Impact plays a key role in the continued delivery of the Tech Grant Program by combining knowledge of the company platform and products with a customer-first commitment to success. Responsibilities · Manage a portfolio of potential and awarded grant recipients · Partnership with Account Teams to ensure fulfillment of revenue conversion opportunities · Leverage cross-team relationships to address customer needs and amplify partnership impact · Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote customer mission and technology use · Communicate and encourage adherence to grant terms, including reporting requirements · Act as a trusted advisor to grant recipients to foster customer success and impact Requirements · BA/BS or equivalent preferred · Proven track record in account management · Deep knowledge of Salesforce technology and product offerings · Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially the consulting partners · Demonstrated commitment to customer success and impact · Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships to better serve the customer · Comfortable with expectation setting and enforcement · Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Contract Salary: $45.00 to $55.00 /hour Experience: account management: 3 years (Required) Salesforce: 3 years (Preferred) Nonprofit Management: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work authorization: United States (Required) Contract Length: 7 - 11 months Full Time Opportunity: No Work Location: One location Schedule: Monday to Friday
