Match Group is seeking a Director, Security & Crisis Management! This position (under the direction of the Head of Real Estate & Facilities) plans, directs and coordinates activities relating to the protection, safeguarding, and security of company assets. The position will have Security and Crisis Management oversight of all Match Group global properties in the development of procedures and directives to achieve strategic objectives and business performance objectives. The role will serve as a key management liaison regarding Security and Crisis Management, planning, program initiatives, design, administration and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for Group. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for accomplishing Match Group Corporation activities and functions relative to security and crisis planning Co-ordination of global crisis planning, including the provision of relevant materials (plans, templates, guides), and delivery of audit process Conduct crisis and security impact assessments Prepares reports and records for management team Conducts, supervises and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of Corporation regulations, policies and procedures; develops, implements and manages security training for contracted and/or in-house staff Manages vendor relationships, contracts, bidding, and vendor terminations Oversee all upgrade projects. Responsible for evaluating the work performance of Security Professionals and making recommendations regarding assignments Performs, arranges and supervises executive protection Responsible for the management and hiring of security personnel at multiple physical locations Responsible threat assessment and data base tracking Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, Company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice Testing the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, including post-mortems Remediation planning and updates procedures and plans Lead coordination of efforts during and after a continuity or disruption event Emergency alerting and communication plans compliant with applicable laws, regulations and contractual client requirements at all physical locations Related policies and practices, risk assessment, site survey, monitoring, controls, metrics and dashboard reporting Periodic meetings with and presentations to Senior Business Leaders Budget management Sets deadlines to ensure completion of operational security functions Responsible for baseline and advanced physical security parameters, in all Match Group locations Exercises to test the adequacy of existing security and continuity plans and strategies, including physical penetration testing Emergency Management -Develop, maintain and implement the overall corporate strategy for the management and creation of the framework required to reduce vulnerability to hazards within and around the workplace; emergency training including CPR and AED; shelter in place, active shooter, etc. Qualifications Technical knowledge and practical experience in the all position domains: physical security, crisis management, infrastructure, failure prevention, detection and response, emergency management Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a preferred concentration in Physical Sec./BCM/Crisis Management Physical Security Certification (g., CPP, PSP, PCI); prior law enforcement, or equivalent Intelligent, articulate and influential leader with the skills and abilities to drive solutions and results Technical knowledge and practical experience in the all position domains Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Business and risk analysis, problem-solving, planning, project management and execution skills Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, think strategically, be flexible, analytical, and adapt Strong computer literacy in MS Office, PowerPoint, and similar office programs Ability to manage business and organizational vision by communicating a compelling purpose, driving change cross-organizationally, and inspiring and motivating people and organizations Work Perks: Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Workstation and tools of your choice Free snacks & drinks all day long Company happy hours and events Generous maternity and/or paternity leave and contributions towards fertility preservation Working with the world's best dating apps!
