Complete travel arrangements for the company employees with air, hotel, car and ground transportation vendors, prepare tentative plans and suitable alternatives for approval by traveler and management. Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. Stay fully informed and abreast of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and other industry requirements. Maintain high of level of competency in operating the airline reservation system. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness. Quality control, ticketing, follow-up, passport and visa assistance, as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years related experience High-school diploma or GED Experience with SABRE Travel Network software.
