Mann Travel is a leading Travel Agency in Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a passionate and experienced talent to join our newly opened branch in Southall, London. As a branch staff, your role is to drive loyalty and revenue by initiating contacts with new travellers. Your connections will recognise the value of the clients; create brand engagement resulting in new sales and the potential purchase of additional product and services. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 1-year experience in a travel agency as a sales consultant. Must have used Amadeus or Galileo in their previous role. Have good geographical knowledge A high level of communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong time management and organisational skills including multitasking & prioritise of workloads, as well as the ability to follow through on commitments to both customers and to the organisation. Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment An exceptional Customer focus Job Duties: Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements. Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, insurance and fares. Preparing customised itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget. Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (computerised central reservation system). Job Type: Full-time Salary: £17,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year Experience: GDS - Galileo or Amadeus: 1 year (Preferred) travel agency: 1 year (Required) Language: hindi or Punjabi (Preferred)
