Job Summary Our brand MAJI is a new company launching in India. MAJI is part of a new product from our global venture group called Tortuga Ventures, headquartered in Sydney, Australia with global operations in 8 countries. MAJI is a new Social Media and eCommerce retail mobile platform in one mobile app (more details will be presented to the shortlisted candidates). The Content team is seeking a superstar Digital Creator enthusiast to join our Creator team and assist with creator on-boarding and management. The Content team works with creators over different verticals and followings to help them build their accounts, perfect their content strategy, increase their posting frequency and involve them in scalable creator programs. As a Content Producer you will help our MAJI Creators to build, grow, and expand their presence on MAJI, while assisting them to develop into the next generation of rising MAJI creators. You will support the team across a variety of marketing, digital media, and content initiatives. Are you passionate about Digital creators? Responsibilities and Duties Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential creators to MAJI Foster strong relationships with creators and assist with their account management. Manage and grow a portfolio of high potential MAJI creators in key content categories by developing customized analytical strategies. Increasing Creators content quality, frequency of posting, platform engagement and audience growth. Establish evolving best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance Measure and analyze individual and overall creator performance. Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives. (Including attending off-site events/activation and facilitating monetization opportunities) Represent MAJI as best in class in the content creator space, building our reputation as great Creator partners. Qualifications and Skills Preferred qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of work experience in an external-facing partner role or creator facing experience in TV/media or Internet, working with talent and content creators Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for MAJI Comfortable providing customer support over the phone, email/web, and in-person at events Willing to travel to visit partners, attend events etc. Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Experience: total work: 4 years (Preferred) Benefits: None Industry: Marketing
