1. Acquire complete knowledge and understanding on the loan products and procedures. 2. Perform marketing of the product thru house visits, accreditation and follow-up of Agents, SSS, bank contact persons, other related organizations, and othermarketing medium. 3. Facilitate off-site initial loans processing. 4. Conduct marketing intelligence and give Marketing updates to the Supervisor/Manager. 5. Suggest possible improvements on Marketing Strategies. 6. Serve demand letter to past due clients. 7. Assist in Branch bank transactions (inquiries/withdrawals/deposits/ADA, encashment etc.) and passbook withdrawals. 8. Conduct Background /Credit Investigation (B/CI of borrower, co-borrowers and Agents). 9. Prepare B/CI and collection visit, marketing reports. 10. Assist in collection of past due and current accounts thru house visit, bank, or SSS/GSIS verification. 11. Assist the clients in buy-out, check encashment, bank/SSS/GSIS transaction (ACOP /APIR/ADA compliance, etc.) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration Marketing Management, Financial Management, or its equivalent Honest and output oriented With good communication and interpersonal skills Having a Driver’s License and capable in driving Motorcycle is an edge Work experience in Marketing, Lending or Financing Industry is also an edge Familiar in nearby areas in the assigned branch Job Type: Full-time Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Collection and CI: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Polomolok (Preferred) License: Driver's License (Preferred)
