M&C Saatchi Sydney is looking for a Group Marketing Manager to join the team on a 9 month FTC maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 Creative Agency and work on coveted pitches and work with the M&C Saatchi team on a global level. Ensuring effective management of the business development process, you will support the Group Marketing Director in the management of all new business, marketing, brand and event activities for the Group. A large part of this role is relationship management across the agencies and global contacts and ensuring the Group has a visible and positive presence in the industry. Responsibilities: End to end management of Tier 1 creative pitch process; including supporting the delivery of operational elements of the pitch and managing all production resource Tracking weekly industry news of client moves, promotions, stories and proactively pipelining and prospecting for Group companies Proactively managing case studies and assets; ensuring all creds and reels are updated Manage production of brand collateral; including review, maintenance and improval Follow agency pitch processes and build upon; ensuring integration on new business pitches and managing pitch budgets Build and nurture positive working relationships with all Group stakeholders Develop a strong relationship with M&C Saatchi Global Business Development team Required: Min. 5 years in Account Service, Project Management or marketing within an agency Experience with CRM software is advantageous Strong experience in relationship management, teamwork, network building and client orientation Strong business acumen; ability to understand our mission, values, operations, structure and goals Self awareness and a drive to seek simplicity; working towards brutally simple, beautifully intelligent thinking Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Work, Powerpoint, Excel, Gmail etc
