Identify market opportunities to establish growth potentials in the region. Foster ongoing communications with the product divisions on market & customer needs, to optimize product offers, services & setups. Identify staff training needs in conjunction with the various LHT products and services offered to customers. Work with marketing to develop internal and external communication plans & controlling to analyze needs. Support, work with and challenge sales managers to push growth and strategic initiatives. Requirements The Sales Strategy Manager should meet the following requirements: University degree in Business, Marketing, Technical-related or equivalent. 5 years of experience in sales activities, sales support or customer service, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services. High level of business and project management skills. Negotiation and conflict management. Effective communication and analytical skills. Likes working with teams from multiple nationalities. Proficient in Microsoft Office functions. Fluent in business English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the German language is beneficial. Eager to progress in his/her career and to take on further responsibilities.
