Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Pre-construction surveys for telecommunication projects (for relocation / maintenance and new fiber installation projects) Conduct site surveys, quality checks and job audits. Material Management / Cost management / Bid Management Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling and planning Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable process Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate profitability goals are met. Provides activity reporting and forecasting of revenues, margins, manpower and all required resources to more senior management Interfaces with the client's program office for all program related matters to include, but not limited to, scheduling, subcontractors, site conditions, invoicing and construction close out Customer support, including: interfacing with the customer, providing guidance on problem resolution, insuring on time customer service, and maintaining a strong customer relations. Identifies new business opportunities along with partnering with business development group to sell expanded services within the market Job Requirement: Associate’s degree in related field required or a minimum of three years of Project Management experience in telecommunication/fiber networks, including civil construction or equivalent experience in a similar technical management position Must be able to take ownership for accomplishing new opportunities Ability to meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling and analysing variances. Must be able to implement change and improvements Good communication and teamwork skills Analyse data and troubleshoot issues Ability to multi task numerous projects and assignments Current industry-related licenses and certifications preferred
