Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a knowledgeable, articulate and self-driven individual who identifies with our mission to fight cancer and wants to grow with the company as a Medical Science Liaison. This role focuses on the US market. Key responsibilities: Creating and conducting scientific and/or clinical presentations on Lucence’s tests to our partners and customers with strong articulation of the medical and scientific value of our tests. Identifying, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with investigators, institutions, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and all relevant stakeholders key to successful clinical trials. Developing research collaboration opportunities with KOLs, assisting with registry study enrollment and sourcing/ managing investigator-initiated trials (IITs). Ensuring that all scientific-medical communications are fair and balanced, based on appropriate scientific evidence and compliant with local regulatory norms and internal compliance rules. Channeling feedback on key clinical and research issues and insights from industry leaders to internal departments to help shape company research, development and market plans. Maintaining a strong level of knowledge and expertise on clinical developments in the oncology field through various ways such as literature searches and attendance at relevant conferences. To be a good fit for this role, you would have: A relevant scientific/healthcare degree (e.g. MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc). At least 1 year of relevant experience in field medical affairs. Flexibility in traveling to the US for KOL meetings, medical congresses, etc. Working knowledge of molecular biology and clinical oncology. Excellent communication skills. A keen interest in being proactive and finding ways for stakeholders to understand the value of Lucence’s tests.
