Lubrizol is looking for a Transport Booker position who will also give support to our CER Department in Lubrizol's facility in Sant Cugat Main Accountabilities: Daily planning, organization & communication of transport orders towards LZ selected supplier for road, air, ocean freight related shipments using SAP and it’s tools Daily monitoring and follow up on all road freight orders with the LZ selected suppliers, loading locations and customers but at the same time remaining in constant contact with/updating CSR’s, Planners or any other LZ internal contact Issuing of relevant documents to facilitate the physical transportation of goods: Transport orders, shipping invoice, other required documents upon request Key Performance Indicator monitoring and handling through: Creation, handling and follow up on SCAR’s (= Supplier Corrective Action Request) with LZ selected suppliers when and where required Follow up and communication when loading times cannot be respected by the LZ selected supplier or any other internal/external supplier Complaint receipt, follow up and resolution in cooperation with CER and any other relevant internal/external supplier First line of contact with the CSR, Planner & Procurement department for any immediate issues or (special) requests Perform back up management for the transportation team enabling a pro-active and professional transportation order handling for all customers To adhere and promote compliance with company HS&E policies, practices and procedures. To support the CER team to ensure order processing for a particular group of customers and/or for a defined geographic area for a specific business market whilst preserving the Company's commercial standing and quality of Service. Requirements: Correct sales order entry/on time deliveries/customer satisfaction Bachelor in Logistics or equivalent working experience of minimum 2 years Knowledge of Hazardous goods transportation terms and regulations English written and verbal fluency and any other European language Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of SAP (preferably) Computer literate (XL, Word, PowerPoint a.o.)
