Responsibilities and Duties Works closely with a Project Manager and is aware of the goals of the project Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and requirements including timeframes and commitments Manage the day-to-day tasks of a project, making sure internal teams are aware of deadlines Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to Product Manager and Tech Lead Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and handle any issues that arise Use tools to track and monitor development hours planned vs actual Complete thorough Quality Acceptance Testing in alignment with client requirements, wireframes, and statement of work Complete monthly product maintenance reports Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports Produce summary reports for presentation to the organization’s management team Provide support to project managers and business leaders as requested Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within hours budgets and meet high-quality standards.
