It wouldn’t hurt if that person happens to be an exceptional Interior Designer who possesses strong interests and capabilities in design. To build on this, we need YOU as our Design Lead: RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Managing and developing projects from concept stages through to final installation. Ø You would be playing a pivotal role in conversions of these meeting business targets Ø You would be managing yourself and a team of 2 interior designers in nurturing their true potential. Ø Managing client’s expectations while meeting organizational goals. Ø Understanding the brief and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages. Ø You would be playing a pivotal role in conversions of these meeting business targets Ø Work closely with the Marketing team, Installation partners and suppliers in order to deliver to Livspace customers the best interior design experience of their life. About YOU: Ø You have strong Verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently. Ø You have minimum 5+ years’ experience in residential interior design. Ø You have strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles. Ø You should have extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality. Ø You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
