About the role The role will work within the Product Management team in APAC, helping to document and define product collateral, specifications and training materials, which will require close work with internal departments and external members. This role will interact with all internal divisions of Liquidnet, including Relationship Managers and Traders and will be based in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Develop knowledge of the Liquidnet products and core business Assist with updating product collateral, training and presentations Work with the product team on functional specifications and testing Contribute to customer “how to” documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides Required Skills Candidates with degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or Information Systems are highly preferred Basic awareness and knowledge of the Capital Markets Technical documentation experience Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Programming or scripting language (HTML5/Python/Perl/MVC), desirable but not essential Desired Attributes Strong interest in designing product functionality and usability Able to comprehend user requirements and document them clearly Knowledge of CRM such as Sales Force Experience using PowerPoint and Visio Excellent written and oral communication skills Interest in securities industry and / or electronic trading Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues Person Profile Detail oriented, able to understand and document functionality Quick learner in new systems/software Strong team player, great interpersonal skills Customer service philosophy Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Functions effectively under pressure, exceptional time management skill to prioritize tasks Flexibility with willingness to multitask Highly motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented
