We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer who is passionate about IT and can have an impact on a critical area of a business that’s really going places. If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you. This role will involve being the first point of contact for our employees, being able to quickly and efficiently resolve issues first time. This is a great opportunity for any individual with previous IT experience who is looking to develop their technical skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and responding to IT tickets Finding solutions to reoccurring issues, education of colleagues. New starter set up. Creation of user documentation. Phone system administration Providing remote support. The ideal candidate will be/have: Experience of an IT ticketing system, Windows 10 support, CRM/ERP system, SQL queries and databases desirable but not essential A problem solver A quick learner with a can-do attitude. Positive outlook Tenacious approach A great sense of humour In return for the ideal candidate is a salary up to £22,000 per annum dependant on experience.
