About you We are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, who can remain calm under pressure and is wanting a career running virtual events. If this is you, we would like you to join our team as a junior webcast producer. About the role In this role you will have responsibility for organising and delivering hundreds of webcasts each year for some of Australia’s largest listed companies. You will be working closely with our Webcast Production Team and Head of Operations to ensure our live event department continues to offer our clients the best technical support and delivery for their investor events. The Junior Webcast Producer will be responsible for the coordination, booking and delivery of live and on-demand webcasts. Working from our Streaming Operations Centre (SOC) you will be involved in scheduling, resource management and monitoring during delivery. Communication with external and third party suppliers to project manage the logistics of delivery and on-site operation of webcast equipment will also be required from time to time. Role and responsibility Scheduling and resource management in SOC; Set up and pre checking of webcasts; Live event delivery and monitoring; Production of archive versions of webcasts on both client and openbreifing.com sites; Video and audio editing, and media management Deliver assigned work within agreed timeframes and quality parameters, in accordance with stakeholder expectations; Actively build and advocate productive relationships with project stakeholders, management and staff; and Generate innovative solutions to problems The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs.
