Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction Schedule and coordinates work activities among his subordinates Coordinates the requisition, issuances, and delivery to the work site of required materials and equipment Supervises all works and operations being done within his control Enforces all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations on his assigned area work Promotes harmonious relationships among his subordinates Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishment vis-a-vis budget Prepares project status report for Project Manager Carry out other responsibilities that may be instructed by the superior within overall functions Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related courses Licensed Engineer Experience in the construction industry is required unless fresh grad Accepting fresh grad with license Willing to be assigned in a project sites Full-time positions available depends on the performance within 6 months CAD Proficient COSH/BOSH Certificate is an edge Competitive salary package Above market salary rang HMO (with 2 dependents), Performance Bonus (can achieve up to 5 months of basic salary), 14th month pay, rice allowance, retirement plan, paid SL and VL, Bereavement leave, Birthday leave With professional growth incentives
