Job Purpose: The proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving and managing inventory. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining Inventory Receive, record & issue material Responsible for taking care of stock Maintenance Responsible for the administrative work and over all activities of Store department. Receipts of Raw and Packing Material, documentation, GRN in systemized ERP system and Tally ERP system. Co ordination with production department for the production planning Follow up with QC department for the Approval of the material to be received. Responsible for arrangement of Material to their respective stores, based on the storage condition and the status of the material Responsible for replenishment of material and preparation of the purchase requisition in ERP system Responsible for the issue and monitoring of the material issued to the production department and do the entry in ERP Compliance related to compensation claims with suppliers for discrepancies, shortage, damage, and further disposal of rejected material, slow/obsolete material. Responsible for sundry material and issues Maintain documents related store and purchase, Maintenance of all Log Books & records receipts and issues. Should take monthly stock take and share the reports with management. Responsible for Dispatches of Finished Goods to various location Arrangement of vehicles through approved Transporters and couriers Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹18,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month Experience: work: 6 years (Preferred) total work: 4 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
