Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: To Maintain Network devices & Servers, Back-up System through ARCserve UDP/COMM Valt, Regular health check of IT Equipment in line with care pack warranty package. To manage documentation and Inventory in share point system as per Project IT related hardware, software asset, and audit purposes. Onsite IT support for employees and in parallel support to head office server for daily critical office tasks and connectivity. To manage the General Services Support Team through SSRS (Shared Services Request System). To provide online Helpdesk technical support to the site. Installations & Troubleshooting of Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows 98/2000 and Applications like Microsoft Office and Anti-Virus Software. Operating System Admin such as Windows 98/ME, Windows 2000/2003 Server and Windows XP. To provide services of CPU System repair and upgrade components (Processor, RAM, Hard Disk). Network Printer, Back-up & Restore task and basic set-up of routers and switches. To manage Multi-networks, applications, operating system installation, network Setup, and Backup System. Supporting the audio-visual interface with computer workstations and telecommunications technologies. Requirements: Minimum 10 Years of experience Working experience in Construction / Petrochemical / Gasification plant Projects would be an added advantage. Degree/Diploma in Similar capacity. Able to manage different worksite locations remotely. Must be familiar with Cloud System, IBM Notes 9.5, 8.5 & 6.5, Notes Traveler, Documentum, NavisWorks JetStream, Junos PULSE, RSA SecureID, Palo Alto Global Protect, VMWare, SAP, Spider Asset, Cisco switching and routing, Cisco TelePresence Movi, FTP. Must have Hands-on experience of managing Multi-networks, Applications, Operating System installation through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Server/network set-up and Back-up System on a daily basis.
