An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly respected and passionate LIND team. This position will be located primarily at Porsche Centre Tonbridge. This traineeship encompasses a 3-year development plan. By the end of 3 years, the trainee should be in a position to step into a dealership accounting role should one be available. Some of the key tasks include: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all reporting requirements. Including bank reconciliations, cash-flow analysis, monthly KPI’s; Financial support including cover accounts, sales and debtor reconciliations/ credit collection as required; Proactively shares key insights including recommended improvements to stakeholders such as the FD, DP, wider Dealership team; Manage the appropriate Dealership processes and controls to ensure compliance with LIND agreed processes, GAAP, legal, professional obligations; Group Projects as requested by FD/ MD Ideal attributes: Excellent grades Excellent communication skills Accurate and attention to detail Excel – Intermediate or Advanced Automotive industry and/or multi-site retail experience Successful progress towards an AAT, CIMA or ACA or equivalent qualification Experience with Kerridge and/or Pyramid would be beneficial Key Behaviours Builds Trust and supports LIND and key stakeholders to succeed; Provides clear, Timely and Constructive Communication by using the most appropriate form of media Proactively shares recommendations and insights Takes Ownership and Pride in helping achieve the optimal financial processes and health of LIND Ability to take on board feedback Should you wish to be considered for this role, please submit your CV with a covering letter.
