Roles & Responsibilities The IT Manager will be responsible for planning the information technology infrastructure for the organization. He/She also must ensure stability, efficiency and maximum uptime in the company’s computer systems and networks. The essence of the role is technology leadership, the suitable candidate should be able to create the technology plan and path for the company, especially when new technology is needed for upgrades and system changes. There are two main cloud platforms in use (AWS and Azure). Responsibilities: Identify organization-wide IT strategies. Work with the other teams to understand the IT needs Provide budgeting, managing and planning of daily, monthly and yearly technology purchases. Develop and enforce technology policy and procedures. Design and Implementing cloud solutions, Azure and AWS. Management of technology disaster recovery, business continuity, within the company Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor's in technical or business discipline or related experience Minimum of 6 years related experience Hands-on experience in implementing solutions on AWS and Azure. Certification preferred. Advanced knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies and their application to business opportunities business operations, objectives and strategies Knowledge and exposure to ISMS processes Project planning methodologies and tools and IT standards and guidelines Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Strong knowledge of desktop management processes Strong knowledge of IT Service management processes for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Request
