Liferay is looking for a Senior Finance Consultant. Due to reporting changes we move from quaterly to monthly reporting, we need a Senior person that helps the team to implement the necessary processes. We had a migration from Datev to Navision, due to that migration there is a backlog of work where the team needs support. The position could be filled with a temporary contract or on a self-employment/consulting basis. You will be located in our Liferay DACH office in Eschborn (near to Frankfurt/Main). Key responsibilities Assist with completion of month end, quarter end and year end close Preparing supporting work papers and reconciliations for key balance sheet and expense accounts Assist with group audit process Support with tax compliance requirements Aggregating data and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests Identifying and supporting the implementation of ongoing systems developments Train and mentor team members Work closely with finance professionals in other regions Demonstrate competency in complex accounting issues Ensure that all accounting procedures comply with applicable law and overall objectives Knowledge of Intercompany transactions and transfer pricing Cash flow management Apply a controls-based culture on financial oversight Requirements Accounting Qualification or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience Detail orientation and exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to drive for continuous improvement Experience in transfer pricing and complex intercompany transactions Experience with Microsoft Navision and system implementations High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to think strategically, manage risk, and align future direction with priorities Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Your advantages Collaboration in a company that has been self-financed and successful since its foundation An employer on a growth course with a high ethical and social value orientation A dynamic, multicultural and friendly corporate culture An open culture of communication that strengthens mutual learning Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths A fair and attractive salary package Flexible working hours More about our culture can be found at: https://youtu.be/koU5UKUmxJw Liferay Kununu Page: https://www.kununu.com/de/liferay2
