We are looking for an E-Commerce & Customer Service Executive to join our family who can adapt to a fast pace environment. Job Responsibilities: Collect, Contact & Organize influencers to setup and create promotional marketing materials. Responsible for managing, preparing and fulfilling of orders. Plan and execute marketing activities such as creating and scheduling post to increase engagement rate for our social media channels (Instagram & Facebook) Manage customer support for both websites & social media enquiries. Any other marketing/admin duties as assigned Formal Education & Certification: At least an ‘A’ Levels or equivalent education is required. Diploma or degree in marketing or multimedia related disciplines will be advantageous for applicant. GCE ‘O’ Level or ‘A’ Level with at least distinction(B+/A) in English Language. Knowledge & Experience: No work experience is required. However, candidates with experience in related field of business marketing or multimedia related is a plus. Good understanding and proficiency in social media (Facebook & Instagram) is a must. Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus. Experience in using WooCommerce / Shopify is a plus. Job Requirements: Able to multi-task and work under pressure 5 Days work Week Singapore/PR Only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,200.00 to $3,000.00 /month Experience: E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred) Multi-Media: 1 year (Preferred) Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance
