About LichtBlick

and what we do LichtBlick was one of the first providers for renewable energy in Germany. Today we offer everything related to climate-neutral energy solutions. Technology has always been in the center of our business. We are about 100 men and women in our IT team and together we work directly on software solutions that help us make the world a little bit greener. To do that, we've reinvented ourselves in recent years. We have evolved from a traditional staff-line organization and a self-developed legacy system to now work cloud-natively in agile teams (adapted from the spotify model). We are connected in chapters and knowledge guilds to ulimately ship the best software solutions for our customers and users. But of course there's lots of room to grow! We take and encourage the freedom to be unconventional. An thus we are not looking for off-the-shelf developers. We're looking for tech nerds who are up for making a difference!
