Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Act as a leader of Asia MCM FP&A team leading FP&A teams in a multi-market environment having direct reports and indirect reports under a matrix structure Lead FP&A outsourcing / shared service arrangement with external service provider Collaborate and align with the Asia MCM CFO and other relevant regional FP&A team leads on strategy and governance Review strategic guidance received from the leadership and cascade to BU financial targets Review business performance with the leadership team and align on future targets in collaboration with BU CFOs / Financial Controllers and the FP&A Business Partners Communicate business targets, planning decisions, target KPIs, cost/expense management etc. to all BU CFOs Ensure the execution of the budget and forecast process including the incorporation of the macroeconomic variables of each country that allow the adequate analysis of the financial reality of the Asian Markets Oversee consolidation of annual plans, budgets and forecasts for the Asian Region Collaborate with stakeholders (Market Leaders, Functional Leaders, Regional Team) to execute Asia MCM strategy Serve as a single point of contact for Asia MCM CFO for all regional FP&A related support Develop and standardize Asia MCM business performance reporting Support new General Ledger SAP implementation efforts Support Asia MCM Transfer Pricing strategic developments Job Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accountancy and above More than 8 years of diverse finance or senior business analytics experience with managerial responsibility Strong understanding of the insurance business, key business and performance drivers Deep knowledge of FP&A processes and strong understanding of accounting principles with the ability to interpret financial statements & data Superior analytical and critical reasoning skills with an ability to effectively communicate and convey messages to executives Strong presentation skills and advanced MS PowerPoint user experience Leadership experience in change management and matrix environment is a plus
