Each of our data scientists works collaboratively on high-impact initiatives - whether it is a new modeling technique delivering better predictions, a new analysis and visualization highlighting weak spots in our pipelines, or new tools that can help the company’s workflow. We’re looking for scientists who can identify a problem, develop a plan of attack, and come up with a practical solution.Job Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities to leverage our extensive data to better serve our customersBuild relationships with partner teams, frame and structure questions, collect and analyze data, as well as summarize and present key insights in support of decision makingUse your experience in analytics tools and scientific rigor to produce actionable insightsCommunicate key results to senior management in verbal, visual, and written mediaBuild complex predictive models to substantially improve and continuously optimize supply chain processesRapidly develop proof-of-concept prototypes to prove out hypothesesProject manage / guide implementation of Analytical Solutions Qualifications: An advanced degree (M.S., PhD.) preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field or a bachelor’swith a certificate course in Data Science or Data Science work experience.Advanced programming skills in Python or R. Candidates who are beginners in Python/R but have advanced skillsets in Java/ C++ will also be considered.Comfortable in Machine Learning methods (Random Forests, SVM, Clustering, etc)Candidate should have expertise in any of the following: Statistical Modelling - linear models, time series, Bayesian methods, Survival analysis.Text Mining, NLP knowledge of RNNs, LSTMs.Image processing, recognition, CNNs Experience in using Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch is a big plus but not mandatory.Should be comfortable in using virtual environments and/or dockers.Intermediate to advanced user of SQLKnowledge of Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, or Spark is an added advantage #lftradingIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!
