Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. S(he) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with Lüleburgaz site-specific business goals. This role involves working closely with site leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement & relations, support talent management, and drive operational excellence. Human Resources Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, addressing HR needs and challenges specific to the site and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. What do we offer?
